How do I know if a restaurant is open?   When you get the overview of restaurants, you will know immediately whether or not the restaurant of your choice is open. There will be a sign displaying the words 'open' or 'closed', including the restaurant's full opening hours.

How can I place an order in advance?   You can place the order as normal, then put the prefer date and time in the comment box.

How to retrieve password?   If you have forgotten your password, you can retrieve your password in the login page. Just click on the "Forgotten password" link, fill in your email address which you have used in the registration and answer a simple math question, we will email your password to you. If you do not receive the email after awhile, check whether it has ended up in the Spam folder.

How to reset password?   You can change your password in the "My Profile" page. It is in the top right hand side of the page, and it is only visible after you have logged in.

What to do if I do not receive the Activation email from WingDing?   Please contact us in this regard. We will send you an new Activation email.

What to do if I have relocated to a new address or have a new contact number?   You can go to the "My Profile" page and update you details there. Please note that after you have updated your details, you will need to go through the activation process to comfirm the details.
