What I must do before I can place an order online?  
You are free to browse this website, but for online ordering, you must be a member to use this facility.

Becoming a member is easy and it is free. Just sign up an account where you will be prompted to input your details. After you have filled in all the required boxes and confirmed the details are correct, a message "registration successful" will be displayed. Now you will be able to make order

 
     
 
   
Will the information I provide be kept in confidential?  
Yes, your details will be kept in confidential. The information you have provided to us is to identify you, and only to be used by us. In curtain situations, when we require sending your details to external source, only the minimal information will be sent. For example, your name and delivery address will be provided to the restaurant which you have just placed the orders.  
     
 
   
How are orders made?  
1. Select the restaurant you want to order from

2. View the menu

  • Check the items you wish to order
  • You are able to make changes at anytime on the menu screen
  • Once finished selection, confirm order

    Will I get a confirmation after order is made?  
    Yes, a confirmation email will be sent to the recorded email as in your membership. Normally it will send as soon as we have passed on your order details to the restaurant. If you do not receive a confirmation email within a few minutes, please give the restaurant a call to reconfirm as there may have problems to make the confirmation to you.  
         
     
       
    How long will the orders take to be picked up or delivered?  
    Your order will be send to the restaurant as the same time as you completed order. The preparation of the meals would vary as it all depends on how many orders that restaurant has received and how big is you order. If you want to make sure of the time, please contact the associated restaurant.  
         
     
       
    What can I gain by using this site?  
    You would be able to place orders to your favorite restaurant even their phone is busy. You don't have to wait in queue. If you are using dialup and need to disconnect to use phone to call that restaurant, now there is no need as you can order online. You will be able to browse the online menus without calling up the restaurant. It also makes life easier that you see the product details before  
         
     
       
    What payment methods are used?  
    NO CASH ON HAND! No worries, you will be able to pay using credit card or eftpos depending on what that restaurant offers. If ordering online, credit card payment will first be verified than order will be processed.  
         
     
       
    Am I able to cancel my order?  
    After a confirmation email is sent to you, an order would have also sent to the restaurant. So if you have changed your mind for any reason, you have to call the associated restaurant directly to change/cancel the order. So please decide properly before placing an order!  
         
     
       
    As for restaurant, what I must do first in order to use this site for registering my restaurant?  
    NOT APPLICABLE. ***Restaurants have to contact WingDing for the initial set up (for their account and files... etc). But after the initial set up, restaurant can manage their details and content via control panel from the website.  
         
     
       
    As for restaurant, what benefits do I gain from this site?  

    1. High exposure. Your restaurant can be viewed by thousands of potential customer daily, 24 hrs a day. Having an online menu would help your business to gain competitive advantage, since websites are becoming an essential issue for any business, why not gain that advantage to compete against your competitors.

    Can I change the order after I submitted the request?  
    After the order has been submitted, all details would have been sent to the restaurant. You can call them directly to change the details if needed. Restaurant's contact information can be found in the restaurants overview page.
